Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the Program owner in building a New Fintech initiative in Israel. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the Fintech venture. 

Responsibilities: 

• Project Planning and Coordination. 
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans. 
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. 

Documentation and Reporting: 

1. Create and manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action items. 
2. Generate regular project performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. 

Risk and Issue Management: 

1. Identify potential risks and issues, working closely with the Program Manager to develop mitigation strategies. 
2. Monitor and track the resolution of issues, ensuring timely resolution. 

Resource Management: 

1. Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal utilization. 
2. Collaborate with team leads to manage workload distribution. 

Quality Assurance: 

1. Implement and enforce project management best practices and standards. 
2. Conduct project reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. 
3. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: 
4. Act as a liaison between different project teams and stakeholders. 
5. Facilitate effective communication to ensure project objectives are met. 

Financial Tracking: 

1. Work with the Program owner to track project budget, expenses, and financial milestones. 
2. Assist in financial reporting and forecasting. 

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. 
2. Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably in the financial or banking sector. 
3. Familiarity with Fintech initiatives. 
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
6. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.
