Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the Program owner in building a New Fintech initiative in Israel. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the Fintech venture.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action items.
- Generate regular project performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues, working closely with the Program Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track the resolution of issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Resource Management:
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal utilization.
- Collaborate with team leads to manage workload distribution.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce project management best practices and standards.
- Conduct project reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between different project teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure project objectives are met.
Financial Tracking:
- Work with the Program owner to track project budget, expenses, and financial milestones.
- Assist in financial reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Familiarity with Fintech initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.
