Head of Program management for a global SaaS company

The Head of Program management

will lead a small team of project managers and directs teams to deliver a unique, high quality product within a defined schedule,

Requirements:
Lead all company projects end-to-end

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams

Own project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risks

Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Align projects with company strategy and priorities

Handle stakeholder communication and reporting

Oversee project closure and documentation

Requirements:

Team leadership experience must

Background in global SaaS companies must

Agile experience must

Strong execution, accountability, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Experience in complex programs and full product lifecycle

B.A/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer Science
