Senior Radio Frequency Engineer

job description:

• Responsibility for the field of airborne and ground contractual systems in the organization
• Replacement of the contractual RF transmission system
• Writing a characterization document for the new RF system according to the needs of the organization, examining the existing market and receiving offers from external companies
• Selecting the relevant system and implementing it in the field while accompanying and supervising the project
• Maintenance of the new system and making required changes as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant education
• Experience of at least 6 years and experience in managing technological teams
• Experience in the integration of technological projects in the field of equipment based on RF radio communication
• Capabilities in the field of IT and active data communication systems
• Experience and knowledge in airborne systems - a significant advantage
• Knowledge of video communication protocols, video compression methods, VMS systems and more - a significant advantage
• Management skills and experience in operating and supervising subcontractors in one or more of the following areas - a significant advantage
• Equipment for aircraft, vehicles, masts
• Active and passive communication
• RF wireless communication systems
• Information security systems
• Experience with systems and applications in the field of social security - an advantage
• CCNA and MCSA certification is a plus
