Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions. The HR Analyst will collaborate with HR professionals, managers, and employees to provide HR insights, and implement and streamline HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Responsible for preparing and tracking commission plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other databases.
• Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Audits:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in labour laws and regulations and update HR processes accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR analyst, advantage to compensation and benefits role
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
