Job Description

Customer and Account Specialist is responsible for managing a territory of several accounts and key clients in it. Customer and Account Specialist, should establish and improve relationship with variety of customers.

Reports directly to Customer and Account Manager.

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territory
• Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
• Identifying customer needs, creating business opportunities and customer solutions
• Achieving / exceed sales targets and agreed KPI's
• Analyze territory and accounts sales
  
  

Organize and implement tailored made activities for the own territory

• Be responsible for achieving the sales results on quarterly and annual basis
• Implement and manage local unit’s projects
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• Degree B.A
• Previous successful experience of at least 3 years as sales representative worked – an advantage
• High scientific level abilities
• Managing high level medical discussions
• Proactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skills
• Very high selling skills level
• Capable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
• Outstanding communication skills and flexibility
• Strategic thinking, planning skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
