Business Intelligence Team Lead

job description:

• Establishing a new team in the department under the direction of the department manager

• As a start, the team will appoint about 2-3 staff members (Data engineer/system analysts/testers)

• The team leader and the team under his responsibility will be responsible for:

o Expansion of the operational data layer (ODS)

o Support for the ETL processes that support the enterprise application

• Managing the characterization and development of data extraction and processing processes from the core systems

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience managing a BI / data team in a medium/large organization

• Proven experience in developing informatics processes or analyzing data systems

• Experience in managing or working with systems analysts according to specifications

• Experience in working with multiple interfaces and projects and the ability to prioritize between

the main things to handle

• High analytical ability and understanding of business needs

• Systemic vision and understanding of complex processes
