We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced demand generation manager to take responsibility for all demand generation and marketing operations at LayerX, starting on his own, and building a team as the company grows.
We operate in a still-being-formed category with rapidly growing demand, and LayerX is in the perfect position to become one of the top in the category.

Your role:
Your mission is to manage demand generation and marketing operations end-to-end, being accountable to achieve the demand generation goals in terms of meetings set and pipeline created.
You’ll be joining as the first marketing hire, reporting to the CMO, Dori Harpaz. So you have to love the start-up vibes and being completely hands on across everything related to demand generation, including digital, events and operations. As the company grows, you will grow your team (including campaign manager, field marketing, marketing operations, etc.)
You’ll spend your time on:
- Strategize and manage campaigns, maximizing their impact across various marketing channels: digital advertising (including Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), in-person roundtables, working with external appointment settings and SDR companies, etc.
- Managing all aspects of events we will exhibit at (that is until we expand and recruit field marketing)
- Develop and manage our webinars program (both our in-house webinars and 3rd party webinars)
- Understand our customers well, work with sales and product marketing to segment different personas, identify their needs and pain points and develop compelling initiatives accordingly
- Working closely with our SDRs and sales team to understand what they need and to ensure that your campaigns are delivering the right caliber and quantity of leads.
- Own the email marketing strategy and implementation, from individual campaigns to ongoing, segmented nurture programs.
- Taking ownership of our technology stack: HubSpot, SalesForce, AmpleMarket, Lusha, etc. and managing the consultants who operate those for us.
Your experience & skills:
- 2+ years of demand gen experience at a cybersecurity company (or marketing agency service cybersecurity companies) – must.Demonstrated success in leading high-scale campaigns for demand gen or user acquisition
- Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude and a record of excellence
- You’ve worked closely with an inside sales team and understand how to support and accelerate them.
- Demonstrated a mix of creative and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills
- Great written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace technology transitions
- You are proficient at using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce, etc.
