About The Role
KELA is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Head of Demand Generation to lead our pipeline growth efforts across all stages of the buyer journey. This role is responsible for designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-value enterprise prospects. Leveraging HubSpot and a modern marketing tech stack, you will create and optimize programs across inbound, outbound, digital, and field channels to fuel sales pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue marketing team over time.
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, webinars, events, website, ABX, etc.) aligned with revenue goals.
Own and optimize lead lifecycle programs—driving qualified leads, MQLs, and conversion to pipeline and revenue.
Operate and optimize HubSpot for campaign execution, segmentation, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
Partner with Sales and BDRs to define lead handoff process and ensure alignment on targeting, workflows, and pipeline metrics.
Manage and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other dashboards. Provide clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive and scale Account-Based Experiences (ABX) to engage key accounts, accelerate deal velocity, and support field efforts.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to tailor messaging and offers to persona-specific pain points across the funnel.
Manage our website and execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, and other relevant channels.
Coordinate field events, webinars, and virtual experiences in collaboration with marketing and regional sales teams.
Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you have
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
2+ years of experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
Proven success designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
Deep experience with HubSpot!, Google Analytics, Facebook & LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress and web management tools
Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, lead lifecycle stages, and attribution models.
Experience launching and optimizing ABM/ABX programs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience working with channel and partner teams—an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or marketing certifications are a plus.
