What we're looking for:

A highly motivated, passionate, creative, and skilled Red Teaner / Penetration Tester to join our team.

The candidate will be tasked with performing Red Team activities utilizing advanced penetration testing techniques, detecting security weaknesses, and offering suggestions to enhance security measures. The suitable candidate should possess expertise in web application and infrastructure security, demonstrate strong motivation, and possess a thorough understanding of industry-standard practices like OWASP

The candidate is required to possess a valid certification, such as OSWE, OSCP, OSEP, CCSP, CRTE, CRTP, CRTO, or an equivalent credential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough sophisticated social engineering activities, penetration tests and vulnerability evaluations on web applications, networks, IoT, and additional systems.
• Carry out both manual and automated assessments in different scenarios, including internal/external networks, web applications, as well as mobile and cloud platforms.
• Create customized scrips and tools for streamlining procedures.
• Detect security vulnerabilities and offer suggestions for mitigation and enhancing security measures.
• Advise clients on how to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Work with the team to refine internal procedures and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in application and infrastructure security testing
• Attacker perspective
• Possession of OSWE, OSCP, OSEP, CCSP, CRTE, CRTP, or CRTO certification, or an equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in penetration testing on platforms like HTB, Offsec Playground, or Capture The Flags (CTFs)
• Understanding of OWASP and other key industry standards (such as CIS, NIST)
• Skills in developing with scripting languages like Python, Ruby, C/C++, or Bash – Beneficial
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field is required – Beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Superior written and oral communication capabilities (English, Hebrew)
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
