Product Manager & System Engineer

An innovative, large and established startup is looking for a talented Product Manager with

System Engineering capabilities to be part of the product strategy, roadmap, and definition.

The candidate should be a System Engineering & Product Manager with a diverse background in multidisciplinary systems with preference to energy storage, chemistry or materials including leading aspects of product and marketing vision.

The role involve: working with cross-company functional teams (R&D, FAE, and product marketing) and includes documenting product requirements, making sure the development is on track, new product launch process, positioning and messaging, pricing, target market analysis, cost analysis, and competitive environment analysis to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with different stakeholders from inside and outside the company, and responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, including collecting and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, tracking development, QA processes, and adoption across the company.

• Create and produce product collateral, technical documentation, presentations, competitive analysis reports, demos, etc.

• Apply in-depth market, customer, industry, application and technical knowledge in all aspect of assigned functions

• Identify, prepare and analyze market research

• Be prepared to interface with sales and marketing personnel to understand customer requirements, customers in the event of an OEM product development during development, and senior management when providing updates.

Requirments:

• Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, EE or related engineering background- a must.

• MBA an advantage

• 4+ years of experience in tech market.

• 2+ years in product management positions with proven market development experience

• Strong ability to generate innovative tools and content

• Solid strategy background, proven ability to work with piers, ability to combine both strategic and hands-on.

• Creative, independent, holds a growth mindset, strong execution abilities

• Great English speaker (all communications are in English)

• Position will entail global travel.
