Program Manager

Elbit C4I division Natanya is looking for experienced program manager and business developer to assist and lead programs in tactical networks and communication domain, operating worldwide within existing programs or new business lead till delivery, post-sale and general support

Job Description

100% end-to-end program ownership

Leverage strong business orientation and the ability to identify relevant business opportunities, lift-up potential customers out of existing database and trigger new business opportunities

Develop deep technical knowledge and master C4I division solutions and technologies for customer presentations and pre/post sale worldwide demonstrations

Operating in a vast matrix and multi interfaces (engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors etc…) global organization

Manage HW/SW development teams withing the program

Process management - Bid No Bid, negotiation, contract sign off, internal program initiation, logistics, export control, products delivery and implementation including operational validation activities

Strict and precise P&L management – time and material



Job Requirements

Relevant B.Sc. engineering/management - an advantage

At least 5 years of experience with management of technical complex programs/projects

Experience with generating, writing and presenting technical document and presentations

Excellent interpersonal communication and soft skills - Ability to motivate and manage people in a multi dimension matrix based organization

Excellent English - read/write/talk and present

Frequently travel abroad (at least 50%)

Proven track record in sales, marketing, account management and business development

Experience with business development and marketing processes abroad – an advantage

Foreign language – An advantage

Relevant technological/operational military service – an advantage
