Fast Corportation is a developer of B2C services and products, located in Raanana, Israel and Kiev, Ukraine with clients all over the world. At the moment, we have over 50 employees and are continuing to grow.

To implement our goals, we need the right people to execute and lead our strategy. This is where you come into the picture. Your responsibility is to find the right people, attract talent, filter candidates intellectually and emotionally, and join us in building the operation.

You represent us; therefore, you must look and sound professional, being well-dressed and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the recruitment process from A to Z; it is on you
• Working together with oru Ukrainian Recruitment team
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills in Hebrew, English and Russian/Ukrainian (advantage)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, and JIRA
• High-energy and passion
• Leadership skills
