The company specializes in providing board support packages for new embedded Linux designs, custom kernels and boot chains, board bring-ups, and custom root filesystems. Tk Open Systems has extensive experience with NXP i.MX6/7/8, Xilinx and NVIDIA SoC's and firmware.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Jerusalem with flexibility for some remote work, for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for hiring and managing software engineers to implement project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires constant communications with employees, customers and company management. The job has a steep technical learning curve.

Qualifications

• Jerusalem residence
• Excellent written and oral Hebrew and English
• Engineering management and team leadership skills
• Experience in managing software development teams
• Background in software development and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
