Key Areas of Responsibility
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance and support when appropriate and serve as the main HR focal point for the division/ unit.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession
planning.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and
increase retention.
• Be a Partner for building and leading processes and accompanying changes.
• Create tools and platforms to foster the Tama culture and values across the units.
• Support staff recruitment and onboarding for employees’ units
• Work closely and build a valuable and strong relationship with managers & employees.
• Coach managers on performance management discussions, employee relations issues, promotions, internal mobility, and termination of employment processes
• Lead and deliver key HR projects to ensure HR strategy, HR best practices and quality standards are implemented in response to business needs.
• Participate in building new HR policies and processes as well as L&D programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
Educational Requirement and Experience:
• Bachelors’ degree in the related field. Master degree is a strong advantage.
• 5 years (at minimum) of experience in a HRBP role at a global company
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices,
organizational assessment, learning and development, performance management, employment
laws, diversity and inclusion

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to details with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills
• Confident in leading HR strategy and policy and advising managers on all aspects of people
management and development.
• Experience working with people from diverse cultures/languages.
• Ability to balance HR business requirements with employee needs and expectations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experienced in ERP system.
