APEX is a social venture dedicated to establishing Israel’s AI Fortress. As our operations expand, an opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Project Manager to join the mission in a full-time capacity.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a proactive professional who thrives in the field and excels at driving processes and people. This role requires a unique blend of high-level event production skills and meticulous administrative management. The ideal candidate possesses a broad systemic perspective without ever losing sight of the smallest details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Administration: Overseeing daily operations and administrative workflows.
- End-to-End Event and Course Production: Leading and executing venture events from concept to completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Motivating partners and vendors to ensure all milestones and goals are met.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the core team to advance our social and technological objectives.
Terms & Location:
- Scope: Full-time.
- Model: Hybrid.
- Location: Tel Aviv.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Background in project management and/or event production – Mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English (reading and writing) – Mandatory.
- Organizational Excellence: High-level administrative capabilities and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Systemic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and solve problems "on the fly."
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to engage, recruit, and motivate people.
- Tech Curiosity: A passion for the AI landscape and technological innovation (Significant advantage).
