Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented & motivated Email Marketing Manager to lead the email marketing activity within our Growth Department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of email marketing campaigns for multiple industries - initiate, implement, and monitor all email campaigns, including user journeys, segmentations, content, design, deliverability, and reputation.
• Plan and execute revenue targets - regularly monitor the campaigns to ensure the business KPIs are on track.
• Define and execute optimization strategies - monitor, analyze, and optimize through A/B tests to improve the campaigns’ KPIs, such as open rate, conversion, and revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize, expand, and improve your campaigns

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing with a Performance Marketing focus
• Highly proficient in email marketing best practices regarding content, segmentation, deliverability, reputation, metrics, and KPIs
• Positive, energetic team player with an agile mindset who is excited to play a significant role within our growing marketing team
• Analytical mind with the ability to give data-driven recommendations
• A very organized and well-structured individual with strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud - an advantage
