Job Description
Scalla.crm is expanding and is seeking an Account Executive who is dynamic, results-oriented individual with a proven track record as a deal closer in sales. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual eager to grow, learn, and develop with Scalla.crm. The selected candidate will have the potential for future promotions into management roles within the company.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's sales.
- Analyze the business, marketing, and technological needs of customers to align with the establishment of ScallaCRM and ensure the formation of an exact strategic team.
- Own the full sales cycle, from managing new inbound leads to deal closure.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and coordinate cross-functional departments within the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
The skills and experiences we are looking for:
- Two years of B2B sales experience; SaaS background preferred.
- Proven success in consultative sales and navigating complex transactions.
- Familiarity with digital campaigns on various platforms - an advantage.
- Previous work with CRM and automation systems.
- Business-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
