Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, loves sales, and knows how to turn a first conversation into a closed deal.

What will you do?

• Contact both warm and cold leads.

• Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing.

• Understand customer needs and present the right NELAW courses, training programs, and services.

• Handle objections and follow up with potential customers.

• Work with our CRM and keep lead information and statuses updated.

• Meet sales targets and performance goals.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Experience working with both warm and cold leads.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in phone sales and sales conversations.

• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to close deals.

• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Excellent Hebrew communication skills.

A strong advantage:

• Experience selling courses, training programs, or professional services.

• B2B sales experience or experience working with companies and organizations.

• Experience working with CRM systems.

Compensation: Hourly pay + performance and sales bonuses.
