Tech Support Engineer

About the position:

Our IT team is growing and we are looking for a Tech Support Engineer to join us.

You will be responsible for configuring and setting up IT equipment, troubleshooting and resolve technical issues for the users.

You will be responsible for:

• Handle first and second-level tickets.
• Maintain hardware (Lenovo, MAC, etc.) and software
• Be the front of the IT group for customers
• Deep investigation of problems and identifying the root cause
• Manages small to medium-sized projects according to budgets and schedules.
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Service-oriented.
• 2+ years as a tech support on a medium or large-sized network of servers, desktop systems (Windows and IOS), and communications devices using current technologies
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
• Organized
• Sharp
• Self-motivated
