The role includes:

- Collaboration in the transformation team, moving between production sites, acting as a vital link between the excellence teams at headquarters and excellence managers at the sites, responsible for implementing transformation processes.

- Diagnosis and implementation of transformation processes using observations and workshops.

- Coaching operational excellence team leaders at sites to enhance performance in terms of safety, quality, service, and cost reduction.

- Support operational excellence managers at sites in problem-solving and removing barriers for the successful completion of transformative waves.

- Training, development, and implementation of LEAN thinking across site management teams, including goal attainment, construction, coaching and empowerment of managers and employees, and guiding the change narrative.

- Subject matter expert at the site in the field of operational excellence and development of knowledge-sharing processes, implementing best practices.

- The position involves travel to diaries and various production sites.

What is required?

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering and management.

- Significant experience in operational excellence management or production management with familiarity in operational excellence tools.

- Familiarity with LEAN methodology - an advantage.
