OurCrowd is looking for a smart, energetic, organized, and ambitious Jr Investor Relations Rep to join our global Investor Relations team. This is an Entry Level position involving close collaboration with Account Managers. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up. The role highly values intelligence, communication, stewardship, passion, dedication, creativity, and hard work. This is a full-time position with a hybrid workstyle two days a week in the office in Jerusalem, with a third day in either Jerusalem or the Tel Aviv office.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for new investor prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Dial warm leads from our database that have signed up to our platform
- Interact with potential investors through direct phone calls, emails, and social media
- Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings with potential investors
- Book calls for Account Managers
- Create outreach lists for campaigns for Account Managers
- Follow up and monitor progress with leads and relevant reps
- Mine Salesforce data to find potential strong leads
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
- Work closely with department directors to brainstorm process improvements
- Fluent English – Mandatory (read/write/speak)
- Bachelor's degree
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk and connect with all levels of potential investors
- Attention to detail and process-driven
- Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and an independent worker
- Proficient in Excel and the ability to manage large datasets
- Quick learner, able to take initiative, excellent at problem-solving
- Insatiable sense of curiosity, always questioning and digging deeper for answers
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Motivated by individual and team achievements, as well as able to operate under minimal supervision
- Experience with Salesforce
- Prior experience with cold calling, generating new leads, and understanding sales cycles
