Product lead

COTI is a company in the crypto industry, Defi, Web3, and payments space. We're looking for an experienced Product lead to join us. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies and will be responsible for driving the development of our products and services that cater to the Web3 ecosystem. As a Product lead, you'll work closely with the development team to ensure that our products are aligned with the needs of our customers and the broader industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the product roadmap for our products and services.
• Collaborate with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and updates.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and usability.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development and timelines.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:              

• At least 3 years in a Product Management role (Must)
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Must)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions (Must)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  (Must)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (Advantage)
• Strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies (Advantage)
• Familiarities with the broader Web3 ecosystem and related technologies, such as smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (Advantage)
