Software Team Lead

A startup offering an innovative solution in the Insurance Tech field, the company has developed the first and only digital insurance platform that revolutionizes the purchase, signing, and management of insurance for shared homes in the United States (a market comprising 53 million households).

The development introduces a fast and online process for comparing insurance quotes and selecting the appropriate coverage in less than five minutes, leveraging AI and computer vision (CV). The technological stack includes NodeJS, Angular12, GCP, MAC, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI, Tensorflow, Pytorch, AWS, and MongoDB.

The role involves establishing a new FS team within the company, reporting to the CTO (with three parallel team leads).

The responsibilities include hands-on development while recruiting a new team of 3-5 developers. The development focuses on both server-side in NodeJS and client-side in Angular12, operating in a Linux environment within GCP and AWS.

Part of the core group of the existing product, the position involves working on new products, significant responsibilities aimed at scaling up.

The company is located in the Sharon region and offers a hybrid work model from home.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a Development Team Leader.
• 5 years of Fullstack development experience.
• Experience in Node.js development.
• Proficiency in Angular2+/React.js development.
• Bachelor's degree in a technological field.
