Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to take on an end-to-end (E2E) role for our autonomous vehicle (AV) data life cycle operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, coupled with exceptional project management skills. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise to oversee the entire product lifecycle.

What will your job look like?

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the AV data, from building the release, via triggering a test drive with various platforms, and till the AV data is available in quality and timely manner. While using a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and objectives. Define KPIs and roadmap for each part of the lifecycle.
• Provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges and roadblocks in the development process.
• Dive into technical details when necessary, providing hands-on support and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to solving complex problems.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring that the final product meets high standards of reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ experience in software engineering with a track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement.
