Corporate Legal Counsel

A legal counselor is needed for an infrastructure company in the Shfela

It will be your responsibility to:

Providing ongoing legal advice and support to managers and the various departments in the organization

Supervision of external law firms.

Drafting and preparation of contracts.

Control, and monitoring of commercial engagement agreements.

Management representation and follow-up of lawsuits, including gathering material and presenting relevant data.

Accompanying external tenders in the public sector and communicating with the convenors.

Management of lawsuits, including representation in courts.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in law, including a certified attorney's license

Experience in court representation and litigation

Work experience of at least 5 years in commercial law

Fluent/ native level English
