About This Position:

We seek a talented Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable and maintainable software solutions for web applications.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and develop high-quality, testable, and efficient code using modern programming languages, such as React.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration of different components.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process by identifying and implementing best practices, optimizing code performance, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and providing valuable guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Staying abreast of the latest technologies, frameworks, and programming languages and proactively seeking opportunities for learning and self-improvement.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in the front end, offering technical leadership and support to other team members and helping to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Participating in project planning and estimation, providing accurate and realistic timeframes for the completion of tasks and projects.
• Assisted in maintaining and supporting existing applications, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and ensuring smooth functionality and reliability of deployed software.

Required Skills and Experience:

• More than four years of practical experience with web standards: HTML, CSS, JS, and at least four years with React.
• Strong proficiency in CSS and JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model)
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Yarn
• Experience with PostgreSQL a plus
• Highly independent, capable of working in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
