Social Media Specialist

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a powerhouse Social Media Content Creator/Manager to produce and strategize engaging and exciting posts for all our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have the skills to produce all content on-brand from concept to execution, including ideation, shooting video, photography, editing, and final upload.

This is a full-time position from our office in Rinatya. We have a very casual yet inspiring office setting, a private chef, an in-house workshop, and just a chill vibe.

About the Role:

Your primary mission will be full-stack crafting of captivating graphics and short-form video content for social media.

Here's what you'll do:

• Craft and produce captivating videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and digital content.
• Social Media Management on all major platforms (ex. Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, seamlessly infusing them into our content while maintaining our brand's essence.
• Manage the entire content lifecycle: from planning, filming, and editing to content publication.
• Contribute to all our marketing initiatives.
• Rally support for your innovative ideas—they're the bedrock of our marketing endeavors.
• Explore trends, hashtags, and audio motifs to amplify content reach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop is essential.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn to shoot video using professional equipment is required (although if you can make magic happen with a phone, that works too!)

Desirable skills include expertise in:

• Crafting compelling copy to accompany your videos, driving conversions.
• Experience with animation and or motion design (After Effects)
• Familiarity with the world of animation/filmmaking.
• Aesthetic sensibilities for video shoots.
• Creating extended advertising videos tailored for YouTube.
• Engaging with social influencers to forge impactful influencer marketing.
• An excitement for animation, technology and/or clocks.
• Fluency in English
• Copywriting prowess.
• Experience in product marketing
