Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development and product for Semiconductor company-Signal processing, sensor and AI

We are seeking for Director of Business Development that specialized at vision & AI based applications. Areas such as AI, 3D Processing, Virtual and Augmented Reality push us to deal with innovative technologies that our customers’ disruptive products require.

We are seeking for a brilliant, knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient and focused individual with strong technical marketing experience to work closely with our engineering teams, sales and product management teams to promote and launch our Vision and AI processors.

Responsibilities:

• Create outstanding product marketing messages for promoting, positioning and differentiating our AI processors and products
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target market segments, market’s leaders, key customers and potential customers as well as emerging trends within the relevant AI and Computer Vision domains.
• Build deep technical competitive analysis, goals and priorities to enable the right targets and KPI for product management and engineering team
• Monitor competitor marketing activities, benchmark performance, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
• Deliver marketing collateral and documents alignment on our value proposition for customer’s facing teams. Play a significant role in the pre-sale process and opportunities and craft strategy, tactic and evaluation with the team toward a success
• Create and maintain relationship with eco-system partners and third party
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships within the AI and Computer Vision ecosystems to enhance our brand visibility, expand market reach, and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and leadership content that position our company as a trusted leader in AI and Computer Vision

Requirements:

• Vast relevant experience in Vision and AI markets, business models and ecosystem - mandatory
• Strong technology background and understanding of multiple layers and components in the Visio and AI technology(, Semiconductor, embedded SW, ML /AI, HW platforms etc.)
• Ability to synthesize and analyze products features from markets' and segments' need in order to define the key value propositions that drive significance to customer, partners and other key audiences
• Experience in creating outstanding messages and collateral across a broad range of channels, from PowerPoint to blogs, web-based tools and demos
• Ability to engage and build strong relationships with ecosystem partners to drive joint announcements, activities, and marketing campaigns
• Motivated team player, that takes responsibility, demonstrate leadership and actively engaged to the team success
• Ability to manage parallel tasks and priorities and to deliver on time

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• MBA
• 5+ years of proven experience with imaging semiconductors (SOC, FPGA, CMOS Sensor or ISP vendor), vision or AI
• 5+ years of proven experience with business development in the semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with latest Machine Learning/AI trends for imaging applications and evolving software development practices
• Ability to travel globally and domestically as needed
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-cultural environment with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
