Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PT/cyber Lecturer at Marcotech - Cyber Solutions & Academy located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. The Lecturer will be responsible for conducting cyber security lectures and workshops, preparing lesson plans and course materials, grading exams and assignments, and providing regular feedback to students. The Lecturer will also be responsible for staying current with industry trends and developments, and tailoring course content to meet the needs of students with different backgrounds and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity and Information Technology skills, including experience with network security, cryptography, and ethical hacking techniques.
• Experience teaching cybersecurity courses at the undergraduate or graduate level, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for students with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Experience with course development and curriculum design.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required, a PhD degree is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hebrew is a plus.
