Role Description

This is a Full-time Head of Sales role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As the Head of Sales, you will play a major and central role in the company and be responsible for establishing and leading the sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and generating new business opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and evaluating and enhancing sales workflows and processes. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - a must
• 10+ years of experience in sales, leadership, and management of sales teams in Saas B2B companies - a must
• Proven track record of generating business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies that improved revenue and increased market share - a must
• Vast experience and specific expertise in the US market - a must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and leverage technology solutions to drive sales results
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve results
• Experience working in a global sales organization - a plus
• Engineering background and deep technical understanding - a plus
• Experience in marketing - a plus
