Senior Solution Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Solution Analyst who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and turning business needs into elegant, scalable solutions.
This role goes far beyond writing specifications. You'll own solution design from concept to production,
working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Security teams to shape the next generation of our services.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end solution design for strategic product and engineering initiatives.
Design scalable Microservices, Event-Driven architectures and integration flows.
Design high-performance MongoDB data models for production-scale systems.
Design REST APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
Challenge requirements, simplify complexity and influence technical decisions.
Work closely with engineers and the Chief Architect to deliver production-ready solutions.

What We're Looking For
Proven senior experience designing complex distributed systems.
Strong architectural mindset with the ability to independently design scalable production solutions.
Deep expertise in MongoDB data modeling, schema design, indexing strategies and performance 
optimization (MongoDB is a must).
Strong experience with Microservices, Event-Driven architectures and API design.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ownership mentality and a passion for building high-quality software.

Nice to Have
Experience in fintech or other regulated environments.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) to improve engineering productivity
