Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in pathology laboratories and healthcare institutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions to address their specific needs.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Application Support:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pathology systems and technologies.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal technical support teams.
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and assistance to customers to ensure optimal utilization of the pathology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry,(advantage)
• Strong understanding of pathology systems and applications,(advantage)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
