With two decades packed in our duffle, we've charted a course where you're always in the spotlight. Bringing us to our current spot for the role of a Social Media and Community Manager, specializing in crypto casinos to cultivate an engaged community of brand advocates, players, and registered users. This role involves crafting compelling social strategies to bolster our presence on external social media platforms and within our internal crypto casino community. You'll work with our acquisition, retention, and studio teams to develop promotions, social campaigns, and community initiatives focused on a crypto audience. Your goal will be reinforcing brand loyalty, increasing brand awareness and trust, and stimulating user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

External and Internal Crypto Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture a community of brand advocates and players on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., tailored to the crypto casino audience.
• Develop strategies to enhance the experience and engagement of our internal user base, fostering a robust, interactive community around crypto gaming.
• Actively interact with players and respond to inquiries and comments across all platforms, ensuring a vibrant and supportive crypto community.
  
  

Social Media Management, Crypto Campaigns, and Influencer Collaboration:

• Execute innovative social media campaigns and promotions, targeting user acquisition and retention in the crypto casino sector.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media, design tools, and applications, focusing on the crypto community.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Product Teams to create campaigns and community-focused initiatives appealing to the crypto casino audience.
• Establish and manage campaigns involving influencers and streamers to amplify our brand’s reach and engagement within the crypto casino sector.
  
  

Crypto Community Feedback and Collaboration:

• Collect and relay feedback from players and community members, focusing on crypto-specific preferences and trends, to relevant teams for continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positive interactions within the crypto community.
  
  

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use social media management tools to track, analyze, and report community engagement and campaign performance.
• Utilize data to optimize community strategies and improve user experience.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media & community management, in the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of player engagement dynamics in the iGaming and sports betting industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience with social media tools and data-driven decision-making.
