Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to HR interviews and reference checks, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach with all internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with hiring managers to align the recruitment process with their hiring needs and goals.
• Craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract premier talent.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive welfare plan that aligns with organizational objectives, efficiently manages the welfare budget, and boosts employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
• Efficiently manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in A-Z recruitment within the tech industry– a must
• Experience in a startup environment- A must.
• A deep understanding of HR practices and principles
• Experience in managing employee life cycles and organizational development processed.
• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking. - a must.
• BA/MA in Human Resources, business Administration, or a related field
