Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global social and community platforms for one of our games.
- Develop and implement the core social strategy, setting plans and priorities.
- Maintain a two-way dialogue between the brand and various communities, enhancing our community voice.
- Manage and enhance the Game Changers influencer program.
- Foster close relationships with players within the community.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product teams, Monetization team, and Analytics team.
- Share best practices, standards, and innovations with other Playtika social managers.
- Provide up-to-date reporting on Voice of the Player feedback, game issues, and relationship challenges.
- Manage budget planning and monitoring for community and social media activities, both online and offline.
- Oversee all social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Lead and manage the creative team responsible for Art and Copy.
- Uphold a positive reputation at work and within the community.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing social media and online communities, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Specific Skills: Proficient in social media management, content creation, budget management, and team leadership.
- Personal Characteristics: Strong communicator, innovative thinker, team player, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Additional Skills: Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing creative professionals.
