About the job

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Technical Support and Implementation department.

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for setting up, installing, activating, and implementing new hiSky ground stations and/or satellite channels. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. We are seeking an experienced technical person with independent problem-solving capabilities. A new team member who is eager to become an expert on the hiSky solution.

You will be part of the hiSky Support and Implementation team.

The job location is in our company site in Rosh HaAyin, but you may be required to travel to customers and partners around the world from time to time.

What we need from you

•  Experience in RF products, preferably in the field of satellite communication.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Basic experience with Linux OS (1 year).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in technical customer roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

It would be nice if you had

• CCNA certification.
