Product Manager

A groundbreaking AgriTech startup is developing a unique robotic product for the agriculture industry. The company specializes in the development and manufacturing of multidisciplinary products, including an autonomous tractor and control system. These innovations allow farmers to remotely perform operations and collect data for crop management and air pollution control.

In this role, the responsibilities include managing a team of 2 employees – a Machine Manager and a Product Project Manager, reporting to the VP of Product Management.

The position requires expertise in robotics products, covering both inbound and outbound aspects.

With funding exceeding $50 million after Round B, the company employs over 130 global workers in Israel and the USA.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station and offer a hybrid work model with two days of remote work.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related experience preferred -must

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Product management – must

• A deep understanding of robotic product development

• Experience in developing robotics products

• A computer sciences/engineering degree or equivalent

• Ag-tech experience - an advantage

• Experience working closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and end-users

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English, both verbal and written
