Technical Customer Experience Specialist – position no. 1243

IBI Investment House is seeking applicants for the following role:

Technical Customer Experience Specialist to join the technology department at our equity compensation management and financial services subsidiary IBI Capital.

The role:

· Support internal customers – produce sql reports, provide technical support to users on the CRM system

· Provide technical support to external customers (through company websites)

· Undertake administrative tasks such as production uploads, installations, management of system permissions

Requirements:

· Knowledge of SQL is a must

· Must have good understanding of programming software, preferably C#

· Experience in similar role is an advantage
