Head of HR

Cybellum is looking for a talented and experienced Head of HR with demonstrated leadership experience and a professional track record of exceptional performance in key HR positions. We’re looking for a strong leader to join us, with the ability to balance a strategic mindset with our hands-on startup mentality. The ability to work in a collaborative, global and dynamic work environment is key for success.

Responsibilities:

• Create and lead the HR strategy
• Manage the company HR field A to Z
• Maximize our employees’ potential to support the company’s business goals
• Establish initiatives and work with department managers in areas such as communications, employee engagement, retention, training and career development
• Manage global recruitment, introduce new recruitment sources and initiatives to attract key talent, elevate employer banding
• Manage the entire employee company life cycle from ensuring a successful onboarding process, career and personal development and performance management
• Design and adjust HR programs and processes to support needs in our various locations around the globe
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing, global, tech company
• HR management abilities through analytical and data-driven strategies
• Go-getter approach. Do whatever it takes. Output Driven.
• Ability to create high level HR strategy coupled with outstanding hands-on execution abilities
• Experience in finding and hiring awesome, hard to get talent
• Experience in a global environment, experience establishing offshore teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
