We are seeking an Strategy & Consulting Lead
Global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. The selected individual will be responsible for driving our business growth, cementing our leadership position in the market, and expanding our enterprise footprint.
A deep understanding and proven track record in enterprise sales are essential.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Craft, articulate, and execute a strategic vision for the Business Unit, aligning with broader company goals.
- Enterprise Sales Drive: Spearhead the acceleration of enterprise sales initiatives, build robust sales pipelines, and foster relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.
- You will be aligned with our Functional and Process Excellence vertical and help us provide consulting support to solve for strategic and operational business problems ,Transformation methodologies and assets.
- Team Development: Mentor, guide, and grow the Resilience BU's team, ensuring we have the best talent driving our mission.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that they align with our short-term and long-term strategic goals.
- Financial Management: Ensure profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales; experience in the IT resilience sector a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Strong data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization
- Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments
- Ability to pull-through business opportunities
- Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation
- Ability to operate cross industry, with preferred experience in Banking, public sector, consumer Government
- Pro-actively acquired business knowledge beyond technical role or via business school i.e. MBA.
- Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture division / advanced startup / pre-sales roles (and demonstration of intrinsic consulting skills)
- fluent English
