Head of R&D - Node.js JB-3223

We're looking for a visionary Head of R&D to lead our technical endeavors. It's an opportunity to shape the future of digital publishing. You will be the driving force behind our platform, combining hands-on technical work with high-level architectural design, closely intertwined with our business and product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop scalable and efficient solutions using Node.js.

● Integrate and optimize machine learning models for real-time applications.

● Lead front-end development using frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

● Architect, design, and implement cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging Linux platforms.

● Design and develop high-scale, high-concurrency systems.

● Implement and manage real-time data processing and analytics.

● Ensure system reliability and performance in high-traffic environments.

● Oversee project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and quality.

● Manage database solutions, both relational and non-relational.

● Autonomous project management from conception to deployment.

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years in Node.js development, particularly in scalable solutions.

5+ years in front-end development with React/Vue/Angular.

5+ years in cloud architecture (AWS) and Linux platforms.

Proven track record in developing complex, high-load systems.

Strong foundation in database management.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferably -familiar with AdTech.

Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and industry trends.

Experience with Go/Java is a plus.

Experience in leading and managing offshore development teams.

BA/BSc in Computer Science or related field.
