Engineering Department Manager for a global pharmaceuticals company

Job description and responsibilities:

Responsibility for the fulfillment of the engineering needs and the administration of the sites in Israel in accordance with the organizational goals:

Responsibility for maintaining a strengthened and normal plant for the benefit of ongoing activity based on the work plan.

Transport of relevant engineering projects for the benefit of the plant's compliance with production, quality, regulation.

Validations management, process control.

Israel site management (Negev area and Rehovot).

Leading and implementing continuous improvement processes.

Management and control of annual Opex and Capex budgets.

Creating cooperation between the fields in the engineering department and the site administration for the benefit of promoting the various goals of the department.

Requirements:

Mechanical / electrical / chemical / biotechnology engineer - mandatory

Master's degree in management / business administration - an advantage

Experience in engineering management in an industrial plant - mandatory

Experience in the pharmaceutical field is highly desired
