Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing jigs – understand the failure points in the process, and design jigs or tools to avoid failure and improve yield.
• Overall responsibility for manufacturing-related equipment, jigs, and tools.
• Providing technical support for equipment maintenance and repair of equipment, jigs, and tools related to production & QC & V&V test.
• Responsibility for maintenance of clean room systems include HVAC, OFA, water purification system, gas, etc.
• Preforming Validation for jigs, tools, and equipment
• Problem-solving in the clean room, jigs, tools, and equipment.
• Overall responsibility for calibration of Operation and R&D equipment in the company
• Analyzing test data and identifying areas for improvement
• Preparation and monitoring of an annual maintenance plan and defining required maintenance actions for the company’s equipment, jigs and tools.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to meet project goals and timelines

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• Good control of Solid Works software.
• High ability in reading and understanding technical and mechanical drawings.
• High technical ability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Creativity
• Reading and writing at a high level in English.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead change, and constantly strive for continuous improvement within the department and process.
