Join our team at Unilever in Arad! We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to fill a temporary position for maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to enter the field of human resources, gain professional skills, and advance in the organizational world.

Description:

Manage the attendance system.

Handle contract completion and accounting closure processes.

Participate in partnership and organizational development processes.

Oversee employee onboarding processes.

Implement employee welfare plans.

Take responsibility for the execution of the training plan.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree- Must

Experience as a Human Resources Specialist- Minimum of two years- Must

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel proficiency- Must.

Good English- reading and writing - Must.

Familiarity with labor laws.

Knowledge of payroll systems - Hilan- a plus.

Full-time position Sunday-Thursday, One remote working day per week.
