In this role, you will manage the recruiting funnel from A to Z for all of our global sites.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and attract high-caliber talent and negotiate the employment conditions.
• Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all of the recruitment aspects.
• Managing ongoing communication with candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct in-depth HR interviews, phone and F2F interviews.
• Recruiting for all of our global site.
• Play a major role in achieving the company's growth and goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment in Start-ups- MUST!
• 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, HR and Recruiting communities, etc- MUST!
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening skills both in Hebrew and English- MUST!
• Vast experience in leading the E2E hiring process.
• Proven sourcing skills with recruiting via social media platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Jira, Slack, and more.
• Collaborator and team player – an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in the Ad-tech Industry- Advantage
