We are a Healthcare Recruitment Agency in Jerusalem, specializing in connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities in North America. We seek an experienced Business Development Director to expand our client base in the North American healthcare sector.

Position: Business Development Director (Hybrid option)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel

Type: Full-time (Home/Office)

Work Schedule: Sunday 9 AM -6PM, Monday-Thursday 2PM-11PM

Role Overview:

As the Business Development Director, you will drive our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the North American healthcare landscape. Your expertise in the industry, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, will play a key role in advancing our agency's success.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target healthcare facilities and organizations in North America for client acquisition.

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve growth targets.

Build relationships with key decision-makers and showcase our agency's value proposition.

Collaborate with marketing to create compelling presentations and proposals.

Represent the agency at industry events to enhance our network and visibility.

Provide insights to refine recruitment strategies based on industry trends and client feedback.
