Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, and create comprehensive candidate profiles for active and future positions.
- Conduct thorough market mapping exercises to identify key players, emerging talents, and trends.
- Employ both proactive and reactive strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Monitor trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to client website and external career section.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain clear and accurate records tracking job applicants in Applicant Tracking System
- Develop diverse talent pipeline across multiple Allspring office locations.
- Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels including online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.
- Be an integral part of a supportive, dynamic, diverse and fun Talent Acquisition team.
- Be curious and courageous to identify and execute process improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in services recruitment / sourcing
- Proven track record of success in candidate identification and market mapping
- Ability to source on average 15-20 openings
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations within the recruitment process
- Experience with sourcing (LinkedIn, CV databases and other channels)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in the infrastructure & Building industry - Advantage
- High level English and Hebrew
- Keep calm under pressure but thrives and excels with clear expectations
