PMO – Project Manager

We are looking for a talented *PMO / Project Manager* to lead projects in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. If you are an Industrial Engineer with proven project management experience and a passion for driving innovative drug development – we want to hear from you!

*About the Role:*
As a PMO, you will manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while working closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams. You will monitor project performance, identify risks, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
* Lead risk management and mitigation planning
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
* Coordinate across cross-functional teams
* Improve project management processes
* Track timelines and costs of external vendors

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering – advantage)
* PMI certification – advantage
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech
* Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle (CMC, Preclinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with project management tools
