SAP ERP Project Manager

abra SAP Department is seeking for an SAP ERP Project Manager.

We are looking for a skilled SAP ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects, overseeing all project phases from business requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.

This role requires extensive experience in SAP implementations, SAP S/4HANA environments, ERP project management, stakeholder management, and leading complex enterprise-wide projects.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and requirements, and define future-state SAP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define project scope, implementation approach, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead business users, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, issues, and optimization opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and procurement-related materials.
• Present project status and recommendations to management and steering committees.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• ERP training/certification totaling at least 300 hours.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Proven experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tools.
• Proven experience leading SAP implementations in at least four large organizations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• 10+ years of experience managing ERP projects and advising senior management.
• Experience defining and leading new business processes.
• Experience working with at least one public sector organization.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
