We are looking for Regional HR Partner to join our amazing and growing site in Nazareth and will be part of Israel HR Team. The HRP will focus on sensitive employee relations processes while being highly accessible to employees for guidance and consultation, consulting and supporting field HR, managers, and employees with sensitive Employee Relations issues and HR-related issues.
This is a full-time position in Amdocs Nazareth Site.
What will your job look like?
- You will create a strong regional HR presence, proactive approach people managers in their moments of truth during employees’ life cycle.
- Lead and guide people managers and employees on different HR topics.
- Consult, advise, and support divisional HR, managers, and employees in sensitive cases of employee relations.
- Provide advice to questions, problems, and dilemmas.
- Collaborate and consolidate with different interfaces within the region, to support cross cases/processes and lead to their solution/conclusion.
- Develop and design solutions to complicated and sensitive employee relations cases.
- Design and develop HR policies, processes & solutions in the Employee Relations domain while ensuring that the various business & HR stakeholders are aware of and understand various legal obligations as per the applicable labor laws.
- 3-5 years of experience with HR roles
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or Behavioral science
- English and Arabic – High level speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Consulting certification – an advantage
- Labor law familiarity – an advantage
- Master’s degree in human resources – an advantage
- You will work with dynamic HR Professionals at the back end, get a better understanding of different HR facets and become a specialist in multi-tasking
